STANDARD WARRANTY AND CORE RETURN POLICY

  • Used parts have a 30 day warranty.
  • Rebuilt parts have a 1 year warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover cost of installation or removal of parts.
  • The warranty does not cover defects due to improper installation.
  • No warranty is given or honored on parts used for conversions.
  • Warranty of part is void if vehicle is sold.
  • Electronic parts where the warranty seal has been broken are not returnable and the warranty is void.
  • If a part is replaced, the warranty is not extended from the replacement date.
  • Returns must be authorized by the original salesperson.
  • Returns, exchanges and / or core refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of the invoice and must be made within 30 days from the original date of sale.
  • Returned parts must be in original condition. Warranty stickers cannot be broken. Rebuilt parts must be in original package.
  • Returns are subject to a handling charge for customers with a charge account.
  • Units requiring reprogramming or flashing should be installed by a competent/certified professional. Units deemed not capable of reprogramming/flashing may be exchanged under the restrictions of the policy listed here.
  • Core returns that are burnt, water damaged, broken, or tampered with will not be accepted for core credit or refunds.
  • Special orders are not returnable; any deposit applied to a special order that is cancelled will be forfeited.
  • All deposits forfeited after 30 days.
  • In default of any payment, debtor is responsible for all attorneys’ fees and collection costs.
  • Minimum $25.00 service charge and any collection costs on all returned checks.
  • No cash refund on parts; warranty will be honored by replacing defective units. Freight charges are nonrefundable or credited.
  • IF YOU PURCHASED THE WRONG PART, YOU NOW HAVE A SPARE!
